Our director and former Colombian professional tennis player, Karen Castiblanco, is the heart of our academy.

With an impressive career on the professional circuit, representing Colombia in the Billie Jean King Cup and WTA Tour tournaments, reaching 400 WTA ranking singles and 217 ranking doubles, Karen brings all her experience and passion to new generations in the world of tennis.

With a high experience in leading processes of youth and professional tennis players. She has been coach of Colombian national teams and captain of COSAT teams to European tours.

Since 2017, she has led our academy with a comprehensive approach that combines technique, strategy and core values. Her commitment is to inspire and support young people to achieve their dreams, whether it is shining as professional tennis players or achieving sports scholarships at prestigious universities.

Karen doesn't just train athletes, she motivates them to give their best with discipline, effort and passion. With her, success on the court goes hand in hand with personal growth.
